1. Using Wayfare
Wayfare lets you search and book flights, hotels and rental cars. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account or making a booking.
2. Bookings and payments
When you confirm a booking, you enter a contract with the travel provider (airline, hotel or rental supplier). Prices are shown in USD and confirmed at checkout. You are responsible for reviewing each provider's fare rules before booking.
3. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change rules depend on the provider and the fare or rate you choose. Many car rentals can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up; flight and hotel rules vary and are shown before you confirm.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
5. Liability
Wayfare acts as a booking intermediary. Travel services are provided by third-party suppliers, and their own terms apply. To the extent permitted by law, Wayfare is not liable for supplier failures, schedule changes or force majeure events.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from its publication date. Continued use of Wayfare after an update means you accept the new terms.
