Privacy policy
We collect the details you give us — name, email, phone and booking information — to create and manage your reservations. We never sell your personal data. Booking details are shared only with the travel providers needed to fulfill your trip. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
Cancellation policy
Each booking shows its cancellation rules before you confirm. Car rentals booked through Wayfare can typically be cancelled free up to 48 hours before pick-up. Cancelled bookings are marked in your account and any refund follows the provider's timeline, usually 5–10 business days.
Refund policy
Refunds go back to the original payment method. If a provider cancels your trip, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking under their conditions and applicable passenger-rights regulations.
Price match
Find the same flight, hotel or car cheaper elsewhere within 24 hours of booking and we'll refund the difference. The comparison must be for identical dates, routes and conditions.
